Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

NULYT Marketing LLC (“NULYT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website nulyt.com (the “Site”) and provides Google Ads and Meta Ads management services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect your name, business email, company name, phone number (optional), and monthly ad-budget range. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.
  • Account access you grant. If you engage us, you may grant read or management access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, or related accounts. We access these solely to provide the Services.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers automatically collect log and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking Technologies”).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To prepare and deliver your requested ad-account audit.
  • To respond to inquiries and communicate with you about the Services.
  • To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and the Site.
  • To measure and improve our own marketing and advertising.
  • To send service or, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand usage, and measure advertising. These include:

  • Essential cookies that make the Site function.
  • Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Advertising cookies/pixels (e.g., the Meta Pixel and Google tags) that help us measure and improve our campaigns.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of our analytics and advertising cookies at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that operate the Site and our business on our behalf — such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — bound by contract to protect it.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (including Google and Meta) as necessary to provide the Services you engage us for and to measure our own marketing.
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, where reasonably necessary.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of NULYT, our clients, or others.

Some sharing of online identifiers with advertising partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws. See “Your California Privacy Rights” below for how to opt out.

5. Advertising & Analytics Partners

We use Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) to measure and improve marketing. These partners may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies. You can learn more and opt out here: Google Privacy, Google Analytics Opt-out, and Meta Privacy.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email support@nulyt.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Request access to, or deletion or correction of, your personal information.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for such purposes).
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (including cookie-based advertising identifiers), use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer or email support@nulyt.com. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but we honor opt-outs made through the “Your Privacy Choices” link and recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, respond to inquiries, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their privacy policies.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
